Regrettably, this application does not support smart scene detection, which could help users select the desired fragments more easily and accurately.
In general, ImTOO Video Cutter has the advantage of being appropriate for all kinds of users. When tested, it allowed me to perform the desired tasks successfully, without any quality loss. Unfortunately, it can slow down your computer because, as most video tools, it makes an extensive use of the processor and memory.
