Using this program is much simpler than using more sophisticated video authoring applications. It all begins when you import a source file, either browsing for the file or dropping it onto the program’s interface. Then, you can start selecting the segments with the help of a slider or entering the exact values. Fortunately, you can repeat the process to mark various fragments in a single work session. Finally, these pieces can be extracted as separate files or, on the contrary, merged. Regrettably, this application does not support smart scene detection, which could help users select the desired fragments more easily and accurately.
In general, ImTOO Video Cutter has the advantage of being appropriate for all kinds of users. When tested, it allowed me to perform the desired tasks successfully, without any quality loss. Unfortunately, it can slow down your computer because, as most video tools, it makes an extensive use of the processor and memory.
